Our Story
Resilient Leaders emerged from years of leadership keynotes, coaching and trainings that led back to the importance of emotional and EDI intelligence as the keys to strong leaders and strong teams. We found that keynotes, trainings and even coaching too often got “left at the door” due to work environments that lacked a broader understanding of differences, shared language for conflict resolution, safe training environments and a commitment to an engaged workforce. From board rooms and C Suites to teams at every level, Resilient Leaders provides the complex skills development and learning tools to create measurable, positive change.
